KeeblerMar 5, 04:41 PMGlad to help!
Thanks. I sent you a PM. Having a few issues trying to get it to look as good as your version :)
NereusDec 16, 06:00 PMThat's what I thought. AFAIK, sushi's advice was referring to repairing the AirPort base station but I think this is a PowerBook issue. I could be wrong, as usual. :o
I'll check out the cable to see if it's connected or not. Thanks for the help!
Fast fiveJohnnyQuestFeb 12, 11:38 AMI cry at night because of how much I hate the MacRumors forums now. That's all.

GivmeabrekFeb 12, 10:54 AMThis is really a classic. I second the nomination.
I saw a movie called The Fastrockyroad55May 6, 09:30 AM10.
If it is your first, then buy either the base 21.5" or ultimate 27". From what I have been reading here, those two are the best so far since the base model of the 21.5" is such a large upgrade from any of the previous models. Since you aren't going to do anything crazy like many of us, you'll be pleasantly surprised with an iMac.

mrkramerFeb 12, 02:49 PMpersonally, I would get the classic, since I already have an older nano, both are great iPods though, so you would be happy with either. Base your decision on how important having all of your music with you is, if you can get by with less storage, the Nano will be great, if you need all of your music with you you have no choice but the classic.

以下是我上网找的关于Fast FiveWinterMuteJul 10, 06:45 PMSame problem with the cover on the 17" PBook, but a Swiss Army knife blade works very nicely wgen you haven't got the right driver.
As of May 8, 2011, Fast Fiveroland.gAug 8, 11:43 AMVery nice, and tastefully done. Forget about the naked aspect, the pose, the look on her face, the angle of her head. I feel more compelled to look at the head up more than anything else. And I don't find anything pornograhpic about it. It isn't revealing, less so than a tight low cut top. Good job. Gets my vote. The only thing that is missing is a spot of color. The bed frame doesn't count. Though I don't know what or where to put it. And possibly black and white would be better as the bed frame is out of sorts color wise.
By the way, we may have to change your username to iTease. JK ;)
md63Mar 4, 07:57 AMI have an iPad with 3.2.1 which I jailbroke using jailbreakme.com. I have never upgraded since and I was wondering if its worth upgrading to 4.2.1 and how difficult it is to JB. The website jailbreak was so easy that I could not resist but I don't have alot of experience at this type of thing. I have noticed some newer apps are requiring 4.0 and higher so I guess I will eventually need to upgrade.
I was looking into the VM memory hack and noticed several references that 4.2.1 has this native capability. Overall i'm satisfied with the performance as is but would appreciate your thoughts on whether its time to upgrade and JB again. Thanks.
clayjJan 24, 09:05 PMi use a microsoft wireless g router
does the trick
was really cheapI endorse this router, as well... I have an MN-700 wireless router and 2 MN-100 wired routers (connected to the MN-700), and they're very solid. Plus, you can get the MN-700 from Overstock.com for only $39.95.
The only caveat I know of is that you MIGHT need a Windows box in order to run the configuration software... I have my Mac mini connected through my MN-700, but I handle all of the router configuration on one of my Windows PCs.
myjay610Mar 9, 09:26 AMSeems like you just answered your own question, if your server is multi-honed you should be able to just configure your applications to only listen on specific interfaces. So set apache to only listen on X.X.X.X:80 and ruby http server on the other IP :8080.
iVeBeenDrinkin'Apr 3, 12:44 AMThis thread is a good one to leave a snide comment in.
UggDec 20, 03:44 PMI like it. Some privacy advocates don't like it, but I for one am more paranoid about giving out my SSN. If someone wants your print they could get it from the keyboard you type your password/pin in. You can't lose your finger print, or have it stolen (without knowing it's missing right away). These devices are already pretty good at ignoring 'fakes', and I've seen some that have hea sensors to make sure the 'finger' being read is warm enough to be a persons.
Anyways, in my experience with them they are alright. I would like to have one at home that I could use for my passwords at websites and such. Have my password be a random series of characters and have the reader insert it only after verifying my finger. Would work nice. Same for the ATM... no mor lost cards or trying to keep the guy behind me from seeing my PIN...
Did you ever see that James Bond movie where a guy offers 007 a drink and then takes it to analyze his fingerprints after he handled it? The fingerprints matched although later 007 peeled off the fake prints from his fingers. Whether this is feasible or not I don't know, but fingerprints alone seems like a pretty risky strategy. If it were a matter of fingerprints only I bet there will be a rash of missing fingers and it wouldn't be hard to heat them to body temperature....
