Naomi Watts was born in England, raised in Australia and - after 15 years of hard work - an "overnight" success of Hollywood, the actress is as brilliant as she is beautiful. Watts began studying acting Down Under and friends with Nicole Kidman in a commercial audition when two teenagers only. In the twenties they both appear in the boarding school drama Tempting, but Kidman's star rises much faster than Watts.
Throughout the late '90s, Watts languished in support of the parts that failed to show remarkable versatility and talent for accents in the world of modeling and film.
