When the iPod was released in 2001 it cost $500, and everyone bitched about it being too expensive. So Apple has changed their approach to selling the iPod for as cheap as possible while still making a little bit of money; this way they sell a lot more so their profits are higher than if they sold the iPod to make money. You'll probably get different answers but my opinion would be that unless the game requires it, don't upgrade to a later system.

Yeah. PS3's Move is too much like the Wii for me. I can't seem to get excited about it. Being a former EyeToy and a current PS Eye owner, I'm also a bit skeptical since the Eye is a required Move component. The quality of the Eye is pretty bad. I'm very surprised they didn't release an updated HD Eye since it's so central to making Move work. I've had nothing but problems with it (poor low light performance, bad picture quality, etc).

Most of the game critics have lambasted the launch title Move games too (SingStar Dance, EyePet, Sports Champions, The Shoot, Tiger Woods, etc). The highest I've seen is a 7 out of 10.

At least Kinect is different from the Wii since it doesn't require a controller. Then again, most of the Kinect games are Wii knock offs (Kinect Sports=Wii Sports/Wii Sports Resort, Joy Ride = Excite Truck, Fitness games = Wii fit, etc).

The only one that looks different is Adventures. I don't know. I think I'll hold off.

Both (clear) got dirty and scratched very quickly as well. I just bought a black Incipio case... great case. Two cons though... covers the apple logo and prevents a mini display port cable from fully touching the metal body. But it works perfectly for me, love it.

drew.bowserFeb 18, 10:59 AMI have not done an SSD per say, but I have made a little side business upgrading the hard drive on 2010 Mac Mini's and selling them on ebay. After having done 10 or so of these, yes you do need to pull the logic board out slightly. The hard drive will not lift up enough to give you the angle you need clear the logic board with out pulling it out.

That said, only pull it out enough to see a small gap of air between the black beisl in the rear and the alum case.

WRT the heat sensors... I have found that the smallest amount of rubber cement works well if you you loose the adhesive when transferring the sensor. 8/10 times you will have plenty of stick left though and wont need to add any.

The black cover I have also assumed was there for air flow as well. If the SSD has a smooth surface, and not logic board to short, you probably can do away with it.

I will say that the OWC video is dead on. Follow it precisely. PAY ATTENTION TO THE SENSORS ON THE HDD. THEY BREAK VERY EASILY!!

I found that out the hard way. I have a new sensor on the way as we speak.

TEK - QUESTION - the glue...you can use standard rubber cement? It doesnt have to be a special kind of thermal glue or anything??
